We are looking with my fantastic client for a colleague to expand our team focused on advanced technical support of their cloud-native microservice-based trading platform.
Tasks:
You will become an expert on an internally developed trading platform
Analyse technical data provided by the trading platform and identify a possible root cause
Follow up on incidents reported by internal customers (there is no external customer that would use our trading platform)
Operate as an interface between the internal customer and internal development teams
Assist in severe incident-handling processes
Contribute to the release process
Requirements
Passionate and inspired by technology
Solid technical background
Previous experience with either L2/L3 support, CI/CD, or system administration
Proactive and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic
Fluent in English
