Oracle Implementation Specialist

Description

My great client (a Real Estate company) is currently growing their Oracle Implementation team to meet the demands of the strong and growing pipeline of work. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of the team in the Prague office. A hands-on mentality, flexible commitment, and teamwork are typical of this position.

 

Tasks

  • Assist with the implementation of Oracle in CZ and SK offices – cooperation on data transfer from SAP to Oracle, correct setting of project structure in new system, budget setting according to POC methodology, work-in-progress (WIP) check before Go-live etc.
  • After Go-live – administration related to projects – entering new projects to Oracle, budget setting according to project managers´ requirements, planning of future costs to complete project, budget changes etc.
  • Communication with European implementation team
  • Call attendance, coordination and control of timely delivery and of individual steps to prepare for Go-live
  • End User and Super User support after Go-live during stabilization phase
  • Setting check and testing of application at the user level

Requirements

  • Very good English (active use in spoken and written form) – communication on daily basis (calls, written) with Arcadis European coordination team, possible technical issues will be dealt with global team
  • Excellent command of Czech Language (spoken as well as written)
  • The advantage is with software implementation, ideally Oracle implementation, transfer financial, accounting or controlling processes to shared service center
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, organizational ability – very good time management
  • Thoroughness, work with numbers
  • Presentation skills – reporting from implementation calls, trainings of employees and managers
  • Openness, flexibility a readiness to understand and learn new processes
